The Washington State Home Care Coalition (HCC) is a group of Medicaid home care agencies and advocates from across the state. HCC members employ over 15,000 Home Care Aides and provide over 18 million hours of Medicaid personal care services each year.
Our mission is to achieve a strong, vibrant and sustainable home care system in WA State by advocating for the home care services of the State’s low income seniors and people with disabilities as well as home care agency providers and their staff.
